Mark Enlow is an author, mentor, professional coach and President of Mark Enlow Inc. He began building the Enlow Family of Companies in February 1984. Over the last 31 years he has formed this innovative family of companies into a world-class organization.
His focus on corporate recruitment, expert corporate leadership and building relationships is what has made him America’s RecruiterTM. He has served the needs of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups, offering an unparalleled level of client service.
Mark started his professional career at an early age. He began with his father’s business which was one of the largest ship chandlers/packaging facilities in the Port of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. This is where he gained extensive knowledge in finance, sales, purchasing and marketing. He also attended USC.
At the age of 24 he was hired by a top global retained executive search firm. He started in research and was promoted to Executive Recruiter. Over the next 15 years Mark placed over 226 candidates and became a proven executive within the organization.
Today in his own organization, he is proud of his accomplishments. Together with his business partners he provides a shared definition of success that is known and respected throughout many industries. In the early 90's he helped rebuild AlliedSignal, an aerospace, automotive and engineering company that acquired and merged with Honeywell for $15 billion in 1999. At GE, a $241.45 billion dollar company with 305,000 global employees, he has worked in all divisions and has placed over 481 candidates at all levels. His newest venture, Committed U, will bring leadership and life to a new focus in his upcoming book and interactive global website.
Mr. Enlow is a nationally recognized leader who believes in giving back to the community and has served on the board of the Oscar De La Hoya Foundation as well as been involved with forming the Mark Enlow Family Endowment for Choate Rosemary Hall and giving to the community including The George Lopez National Kidney Foundation, Robert Stevenson School, St. Lawrence University and The Tony Robbins Foundation.
Mark lives in Bodega Bay California and enjoys his children Eric, a recent graduate of St. Lawrence University, his daughter Kirsten, currently attending Chapman University, and his youngest son Matt, his community and business every day.
